What is the difference between the Starter, Pro and Premium tiers?

The tiers are priced by how much data there is in each app. The Starter tier typically has one year of data. For example, Polygon Vision consists of 1 YR HMDA and 1 YR ACS PUMS. In addition, you cannot download data with Starter and Pro subscription. You get the same cutting edge analytics capabilities regardless of tier - collaboration, interactivity, ability to customize charts, and so on.

Can I cancel?

When you become Polygon Research subscriber, you decide how long to keep your subscription. You are free to cancel anytime.

Can I upgrade my subscription?

You can upgrade at any time, and we'll give you credit for your subscription. As you upgrade, you'll accumulate tiles that represent additional apps.

Where do I start?

Upon successful payment, you'll receive and invitation to login Polygon Research's hub. There you'll see access to documentation, tutorials, and templates, based on the level of your subscription. If you are in Pro or Premium tier, we'll provide 1 to 2 hours of custom onboarding.

What support do I get?

Starter tier gets a 24/7 access to our knowledge base and tutorials. Pro gets a custom one hour onboarding session with our experts. Premium gets a custom two hour onboarding session with our experts. We conduct monthly webinars for all of our customers. For Premium customers we have dedicated private monthly customer forums.
